Hi, I’m Svetlana, but most people know me as Lana. My passion for understanding the human body, improving movement, and helping people feel their best has shaped my professional journey and my approach to therapeutic bodywork.
My Journey
My journey began in sports. At age 11, I started training in biathlon and cross-country skiing, eventually competing at national and international levels. These experiences gave me an early appreciation for movement, physical performance, and recovery.
My passion for the human body led me to study Physical Therapy at South-West University, where I graduated in 2016. I later pursued graduate studies in Health Management.
Before relocating to the United States, I gained professional experience in orthopedic hospitals, pharmaceutical settings, and wellness clinics. These experiences broadened my understanding of rehabilitation, patient care, and the importance of individualized treatment.
After moving to Cape Cod, I became a licensed massage therapist in Massachusetts and continued to advance my education through specialized training in therapeutic bodywork.

I founded Cape Revive Massage & Wellness to bring together specialized therapeutic care and the restorative experience of massage.
I believe every client deserves an individualized approach. Whether you are experiencing persistent muscle tension, movement restrictions, or seeking appropriate lymphatic care during post-operative recovery, your session should reflect your specific needs and goals.
My approach combines my physical therapy education, clinical experience, and specialized massage training to create thoughtful, personalized sessions. For clients who simply need time to relax and recharge, I also offer restorative massage experiences designed around comfort and well-being.

Why Choose Cape Revive?
After submitting your request form, I will contact you to confirm availability. First-time clients are required to prepay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment. Requests without deposit may be canceled.
What to Expect:
All-Inclusive Mid-Cape Rates
All prices include professional setup, taxes, and travel within the Mid-Cape area.
For a single appointment outside our Mid-Cape service area, a travel fee may be applied. This fee is waived when booking multiple appointments at the same location. You’ll always be informed of any applicable travel fees before confirming your session.
Booking & Setup
First-Time Clients
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Requests without a deposit may be canceled.
Cancelation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
Session Setup
Please provide enough space for a massage table and comfortable movement around it. Allow approximately 15 minutes before and after your session for setup and cleanup to ensure a safe, seamless, and luxurious experience.

Professional Policy
Cape Revive Massage & Wellness provides strictly professional massage services performed by licensed massage therapists. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in:
• Immediate termination of the session
• Full session fee charged
• Permanent refusal of future services
• Behavior will be reported to authorities if necessary
